Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated employee to join our dynamic team at Strategizer Franchise Consulting Services. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our products/services, and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a goal-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, or issues.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Any degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
Age: 20-25
Excellent verbal communication, discipline and interpersonal skills.
1-2 years of Experience
