Key Duties:
Assist customers in opening Demat accounts.

Address customer queries & follow up for activation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Explain the benefits of opening a Demat and trading account.
- Convert leads into active account holders by addressing their concerns and providing solutions.

Client Consultation & Onboarding
- Assist clients in completing KYC (Know Your Customer) formalities and documentation.
- Guide customers through the process of opening a Demat & trading account.
- Provide information on different investment products like stocks, mutual funds, and IPOs.

Sales & Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly account opening targets.
- Promote brokerage services, trading platforms, and investment options.
- Upsell and cross-sell financial products such as SIPs, insurance, and margin trading facilities.

Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Address customer queries regarding account opening, trading platforms, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and offer investment guidance.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and follow up to activate trading accounts.

Market Awareness & Compliance
- Stay updated with stock market trends, brokerage services, and SEBI regulations.
- Ensure compliance with financial industry norms and company policies.
- Provide market insights to clients and encourage informed investing.
