Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to develop effective business plans.

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing strategies. Qualify leads based on the company's target criteria and prioritize them for further engagement.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored solutions that address their requirements and add value to their business.

  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to optimize sales processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients. Customize proposals to showcase the company's products or services, highlight key benefits, and address specific client needs and concerns.

  • Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Follow up on leads, overcome objections, and close sales to meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.

  • Account Management: Manage and nurture client relationships post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Provide ongoing support, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the same industry.
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
