Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the pre-sales process.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication and convincing skills (English and Kannada), and a proven track record in sales/ pre sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation from social media and other platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Present and promote real estate properties to potential clients through E brochures, postures, layout plans and project descriptions, plots availability list etc., highlighting the key features and benefits.
Negotiate and request clients for Site visits, explain key features of the project, identify customer needs and help them select a plot ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with the Team Leader and Sales Head to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry developments, trainings, regulations, and best practices.
Attend project and sales trainings and conferences, Sunday Project Launches, and exhibitions to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
10th Pass, 12th Pass and Bachelor’s degree with good communication and convincing skills in Kannada, English, Hindi.
