Job Description: Business Development Executive at Universal Coaching Federation
Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai (Nerul)
Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per annum
Probation Period: 3 months, with the opportunity for a permanent role
based on performance. Incentives will be introduced post-probation.
Duties and responsibilities
1-Lead Generation and Client Outreach
2- Sales and Promotion
3- Relationship Building and Client Retention
4- Market Research and Strategy
5- Event Participation and Support
6- Reporting and Documentation
7- Continuous Learning
This role requires a proactive mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving organizational and individual growth through coaching and leadership solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies (BMS), Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of coaching and leadership development (preferred).
