Business Development Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our expanding team at XoomRide. In this role, you will be responsible for going offline and onboarding new drivers to our platform, including cabs, bikes, and e-rickshaws. You will engage directly with potential drivers to explain the benefits of joining XoomRide, especially our low platform commission rate of just 1.5%. Your main goal is to expand our driver network, strong relationships, and ensure smooth onboarding to the XoomRide platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Driver Onboarding & Partnership Development

Identify and approach cab, bike, and e-rickshaw drivers to onboard them to XoomRide.

Explain the benefits of joining the platform, including earnings, incentives, and flexibility.

Assist drivers with registration, documentation, and training on using the XoomRide app.
2. Field Sales & Lead Generation

Conduct offline marketing campaigns and driver outreach programs.

Visit high-traffic areas, transport hubs, and local communities to generate leads.

Build partnerships with local driver unions, associations, and vehicle owners.
3. Customer Relationship & Retention

Maintain strong relationships with onboarded drivers to ensure high engagement and retention.

Address concerns related to fares, payouts, app issues, or policies.

Work closely with the operations and support team to resolve driver queries.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track and report weekly and monthly onboarding numbers.

Analyze driver feedback and suggest improvements in the onboarding process.

Work towards achieving driver acquisition targets set by management.
