Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding market reach. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Build relationships with prospective customers to expand the company’s market presence.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals with potential clients.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands.
- Analyze competitors to identify business opportunities and differentiation strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for business growth.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent sales and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
