Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive Sales to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and expand the company's customer base.
- Contacting provided leads
- Presenting them with our products and services
- Convincing skills
- Negotiating with prospects
- Closing the deals
- Collecting the payments from your clients
- Coordinating with clients
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Develop a sales pipeline by qualifying leads and following up on prospects.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients.
- Cross-sell and upsell products/services to maximize revenue opportunities.
4. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal closures.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and provide insights to management.
- Use CRM software to track and manage leads.
