- Generate and manage a robust pipeline of leads to ensure a steady inflow of potential clients.
- Collect client feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- Any Degree is acceptable.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1+ years of experience in telecalling, sales, or a similar role are encouraged to apply.
- Strong English communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
