Title: Business Development Intern
Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Business
Development Interns to join our team for a three-month internship.
You will be instrumental in supporting our business development
efforts across our IT and Language Services verticals through
creative content creation, cold outreach, and lead generation
activities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram focused on IT and Language Services.
2. Conduct cold calls and execute cold email marketing campaigns.
3. Ideate and organize events to promote our services.
4. Build and maintain a professional network to generate leads.
5. Set up meetings with potential clients.
6. Utilize tools like Canva, ChatGPT, and any video editors to come up with engaging content.
7. Visit colleges close by to promote
8. Read a book a week from a pre-determined list and conduct workshops for the team.

Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA students and graduates are also encouraged to apply.
2. Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
3. Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
4. Creative and innovative mindset.
5. Resilient and not discouraged by rejection.
6. Coachable with a growth mindset.
7. Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing is a plus.
8. Previous experience with outreach marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
