Key Responsibilities:
● Assist our sales team by shadowing them, making minutes of the meeting and generating insights
● Conduct outbound calls to prospects to generate leads and schedule meetings.
● Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients by understanding their needs.
● Build rapport and establish initial connections with prospects.
● Support in communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
● Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospect details in the CRM system.
● Collaborate with the management team to align on strategies and share insights.
● Provide inputs to the marketing and management teams based on market feedback.
Desired Candidate Profile:
● Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
● Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
● Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
