Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on lead generation & conversion of homeowners who are looking at renting out their properties
2. Work on pitching the company's policies and business model to homeowners
3. Coordinate with brokers to onboard properties
4. Work on strategic alliances with co-op societies, builders, etc. to generate leads
5. Generate leads via phone calls, social media, and emails
