Job Description

Google pay QR code sales and sound box sales . The job security of an employee is high rated . Salary will be fixed for Business development leader (BDL).

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Leader to drive the sales of Google Pay QR codes and Sound Boxes. The role involves merchant acquisition, field sales, and client relationship management to expand the adoption of Google Pay’s digital payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Merchant Acquisition

Identify and onboard new merchants, retailers, and small businesses for Google Pay QR codes and sound boxes.
Conduct field visits and pitch the benefits of digital payment solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Relationship Management & Support

Build and maintain long-term relationships with merchants.
Provide training and support to ensure seamless adoption of QR code payments and sound boxes.
Address merchant queries and assist in troubleshooting payment issues.

3. Market Expansion & Lead Generation

Identify potential business opportunities and expand market reach.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local campaigns and promotions.

4. Reporting & Strategy Execution

Maintain accurate records of sales, merchant details, and transactions.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to optimize sales approaches.
Work closely with the regional team to improve sales strategies and execution.
