- Position: Business Development Manager (Life Insurance)
- Experience: min 2 years of Experience in Sales/Marketing/Banking/Finance
- Channel: Agency and Direct Channel
- CTC – 2.00 LPA to 2.76 LPA

Job Role:
- Recruit Financial Advisors who will act as agents and would be working as part time employees and will be eligible for commission.
- Company would provide necessary training to manager and agents as well.
- Manager would work on roll of HDFC and will be eligible for Salary, commission and bonus.
- The person on this position has to manage the team.
- Major proportion of work would be from office, but Manager may travel if required to do to resolve client’s conflicts.
- Resolving client issues in case agents face to solve their queries will also be Manager Role.
