Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at, financial district, Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base and drive business growth. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication and networking skills, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry .
Role and responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, networking, online lead generation, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Client Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets. This includes market analysis, competitor research, and identifying new market opportunities.
- Sales & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable client acquisition.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform business development strategies.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports on business development activities and progress toward targets.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in business development, ideally within the
recruitment industry. - Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and various recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
