Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and profiles of prospective clients, utilizing methods such as cold calling and leveraging social media tools.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the specific requirements of potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's services.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with major accounts, fostering trust and confidence to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of services in accordance with client expectations and company standards.
Set clear targets and objectives for business development activities, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet sales targets.
Adhere to established sales processes and internal procedures, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Actively participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and relevant forums to enhance visibility and expand the company's reach within the corporate events sector.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development management, sales, or event management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
