We are looking for Business Development Manager (BDM) for Chennai location.

Roles:
1. Strategic Planning

2. Business Growth

3. Market Development

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets.

2. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

4. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

5. Lead and mentor junior business development team members.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product).

7. Negotiate and close deals.

8. Manage sales performance metrics and adjust strategies.

9. Develop and manage budgets.

10. Report progress to senior management.
