Job Description
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Kolkata
Working Days: Monday- Saturday
Office Time: 11 am. - 7 pm.
Education Qualification: BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, MBA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Experience: Sales(1 year), Business Development Management(2 years), B2B
Language Proficiency: English, Hindi & Bengali (Mandatory)
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (as per Interview performance + Experience)
Note: Fixed Salary (in-hand) + Incentives (Unlimited)
Incentives: Available on sales (Minimum monthly target of joining)

Responsibilities
Finding new business opportunities through cold calling.
Convince And Sell The Company's Products And Services .
Negotiating sales deals and contracts with clients.
Develop And Sustain Solid Relationships With Customers To Encourage Repeat Business Gain Comprehensive Product Knowledge To Enhance Performance .
Taking and processing orders, and following up on any issues with products or services on behalf of the client.
Working with marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English, Bengali & Hindi (Mandatory)
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
