As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue streams. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research using IT tools to identify potential clients and understand industry trends within corporates, hospitality, hospitals, and facility management.
2. **Client Acquisition:** Utilize CRM systems and other IT tools to develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the specified sectors, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. **Payment Collection: ** Implement effective strategies and systems to collect payments from clients in a timely manner, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
4. **Relationship Management:** Leverage CRM systems to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. **Solution Selling:** Collaborate with the product and service teams, utilizing technology tools, to tailor solutions that meet the unique requirements of clients in the mentioned sectors.
6. **Proposal Development:** Utilize software tools to prepare and present compelling business proposals, clearly articulating the value proposition and benefits of products and services.
7. **Sales Forecasting:** Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, including regular updates on market dynamics and competitor activities.
8. **Networking:** Leverage online platforms and social media, along with participation in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility and build a strong professional network.
9. **Collaboration:** Utilize collaborative platforms and communication tools to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in institutional sales, with a successful track record in corporates, hospitality, hospitals, or facility management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with the stationery and housekeeping consumables industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, data analytics tools, and other relevant IT applications.
