This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Garodia Group. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve growth targets.
· Education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· Real estate experience
· Knowledge Business Development & dealing with Societies
· Strong negotiation and communication skills
· Ability to build and maintain client relationships
· Strategic planning and forecasting abilities
· Pleasing personality
· Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies will be preferred
· Candidates with multi-lingual skills will be preferred
