*Role
and Responsibilities:*
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to formulate effective strategies.
4. Set and achieve sales targets to meet company objectives.
5. Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
6. Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients and partners.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and progress.
*Requirements:*
1. Minimum of 5 -6 years of proven experience in API sales ,exports or related roles.
2. A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Willingness and ability to generate sufficient business through telephonic discussions.
