Business Development: - Identify and research potential markets, target segments, and geographic locations to expand Videshwin Overseas Education's reach. - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively engaging with educational institutions, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective networking, relationship building, and prospecting activities. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
2. Relationship Management: - Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the education industry, including educational institutions, agents, counselors, and students. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the specific needs of clients and partners. - Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and industry professionals. - Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
3. Marketing and Promotion: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns. - Provide inputs on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to guide marketing efforts. - Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to promote Videshwin Overseas Education's services. - Represent the company at industry forums and events to enhance brand visibility.
4. Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. - Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement or optimization. - Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team based on market insights and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, education, etc.). A master's degree is a plus.
