Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will drive business expansion through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Upgradation:
Formulate and execute SEO and PPC strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
Oversee and assess social media strategies to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.
Coaching and Review:
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide guidance, support, and feedback.
Facilitate team discussions, focusing on work strategies, stakeholder interactions, and project timelines.
Innovative Initiatives:
Research and propose new online media opportunities, including mobile platforms, social media, blogs, and forums.
Design compelling website banners and visuals to improve user experience.
Utilize web analytics tools to track website performance and offer actionable improvement recommendations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrated expertise in SEO, PPC, and social media strategy.
Proven leadership and coaching skills with a successful track record in team management.
Ability to identify and leverage emerging online media opportunities.
Proficiency in web analytics tools and a data-driven approach to performance enhancement.
Knowledge of SQL, content creation, and writing.
