Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Experience Required: 8 to 10 years

Work Location: Ayodhya, Gujarat

Responsibilities:

· Assists the leadership team in identifying business development opportunities with new clients and, with the designated partner(s), leads the pursuit and conversion of these.

· Assists the leadership team and Client Relationship Partners in the support and growth of existing client relationships.

· Lead on the creation and distribution of Real Estate newsletters and alerts.

· Developing New Clients: Identify and develop new clients in various parts of the East, West South & North region.

· Client Conversion: Meet and convert new clients in the Real Estate and Industrial sectors.

· Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure organizational objectives are met.

· Project Management: Undertake projects in the Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and Hospital/Hotel sectors.

· Client Analysis: Analyse prospective clients in the PMC sector for financial gain and customer satisfaction.

· Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.

· Promotion: Promote the company’s services to potential clients.

· Meetings: Participate in meetings and provide updates on project status. Participation in industry related or targeted market associations, tradeshows, or events.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

· Contractual Awareness: Be aware of agreements and contractual obligations.

· Travel: Be keen to travel and explore new territories.

· Proactively assembles and analyses relevant market and industry data as required.

· Develops and executes strategic marketing and business development initiatives in support of the district or business units. Supports strategic planning initiatives and district business plans as required.

· Actively involved with the preparation of Requests for Quotations and proposals.

· Liaises with the proposal/ Marketing team and Estimating as required. Where appropriate design and implements new proposal for potential clients.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering BE/B Tech and a postgraduate degree in Business Management or Construction Management.

· Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on PMC/consultancy services and extensive experience in the Real Estate & Industrial sector.

· Proven experience in business development and client management.

· Strong understanding of the Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Hospital/Hotel sectors.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Willingness to travel frequently.

· Excellent knowledge of business administration and marketing fundamentals in support of strategy business developments, including market research and analysis and integrated marketing principles.

· Strong business acumen, with an understanding of industry practices and new developments (Construction process, delivery models, contract types).

· Strong understanding of construction and design system, building type and costs.

· Understands construction terminology and ready grasp concepts and technical processes.
