JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role: Business Development Manager/ Sr BDM for UK Region
Location: Bangalore
Should have proven experience of around 7+ yrs in SAP/ ERP sales in International Market with new Business Development primarily in the UK/Europe region.
Should have experience is selling SAP/ ERP services (for ex: SAP ERP, CRM, BI, AMS, Upgrades etc.) to international customers. Solution selling and exposure to large SAP deals will be an advantage.
Should have experience working with onsite-offshore teams in the past.
Assist international sales team to administer multiple product lines and encourage market segments for growth.
Analyze and implement all operational plans for reservations and ensure increase in sales and prepare required forecasts for executive management.
Design and provide innovative sales and marketing campaigns to ensure rapid increase in production and sale of products.
Design plans to increase company’s international marketing proposition and ensure concentration on foreign markets.
Design various strategic plan to improve sales and marketing plans in UK, Europe and or North America regions.
Manage everyday communication with all global stake holders and detect issues and opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities.
Building and Developing relations within the SAP market in the UK/Europe region.
Plan and carry responsibility of new logo acquisition in specific domain with clear understanding of offering mix of company in the given market.
Manage internal/external activities of telemarketing and research required for business development
Develop ideas and create offers and value propositions.
Responsible for building pipeline and follow up sales leads
Should be open to travel to client location for meetings & business development activities.
Liaison with internal team to build proposal and plan joint calls
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
Carry out market research, competitor and suggest strategies
Liaise and attend meetings necessary to build brand by attending seminars, analyst forums that aid business development
