Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities within the interior design industry.
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including residential and commercial projects, architects, builders, and corporate clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals and expand the company’s portfolio.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and present project proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in line with company objectives.
- Brand Promotion: Work closely with the marketing team to promote the company’s services, attend networking events, and represent the company in industry forums.
- Collaboration with Design Teams: Work with design teams to ensure that client expectations and requirements are fully understood and integrated into project proposals.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare reports to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Customer Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of [2-3] years in business development, sales, or related roles in the interior design, architecture, or furniture industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent networking abilities to build relationships with industry contacts.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Analytical skills for market research and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
