Job Description
1. Determining the potential business opportunities
2. Developing a good relationship with customers and partners
3. Implementing new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales
4. Determining new partnership opportunities through market research and trends
5. Building the SOPs for sales operations including pitch documents, collateral for sales, etc.
6. Progressing update to internal stakeholders on relevant KPIs in the prescribed formats through daily, weekly, monthly meetings
7. Understanding the needs and preferences of the customer and catering to them to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities

1. Strategically efficient and doting business development intern to join our sales department
2. Graduation in any field
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
5. Excellent time management skills
6. Excellent problem-solving and networking skills
7. Strong work ethics
8. Exceptional customer service skills
9. Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM software like Zoho, etc. is a plus
10. Past experience in business development is a plus
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of net revenue generated).
This role could potentially convert to a full-time role post 2 months of internship.
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
