Job Description
1. Acting as a facilitator between the students and property management groups
2. Communicating with the prospects through calls/emails/WhatsApp
3. Suggesting them suitable properties listed on the website according to their preferences
4. Speaking with property management regarding any queries of clients
5. Closing the deal in a short span of time
6. Reporting to the sales managers on a daily basis

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 3rd Feb'21 and 10th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills, negotiation skills, new sales techniques.
2. Should have good time management skills
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
