Job Summary
A Business Development Executive Sales is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role involves lead generation, sales pitches, market research, and negotiation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a deep understanding of sales strategies.
Create and manage a prospect client database for an online realty marketplace.
Send emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow up with leads.
Maintain records and manage the company’s LinkedIn profile to reach relevant prospects.
Conduct cold calling to onboard new clients, facilitate smooth transitions, and provide ongoing support.
Ensure Live listing of onboarded developers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Meet monthly deadlines and targets while ensuring client onboarding goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Research market trends and analyze competitors to find new opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
2. Sales Pitch & Client Meetings:
- Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
3. Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Handle client inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Develop long-term partnerships to enhance business growth.
4. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Track sales performance and report progress to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative sales techniques.
5. Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
- Prepare reports on market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
