About the internship

Internship duration: 12 months
Job Responsibilities:

Assist Business Development team to meet company's objectives and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and markets in BFSI (Banks, NBFC, Insurance, AMCs, AIFs MFIs etc.) and corporate segments - including products aligned with technology adoption in this space.
Build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Demonstrate strong growth in new client business.
Ensure client stickiness and create climate for generating repeat business from existing clients.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adaption.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organization's goals and strategy.
Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and market competitiveness.


Job Skills Required:

Excellent communication and skills
Basic idea of word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent client and relationship management skills
Ability to write and review Proposals for participating in RFPs/RFQs etc.
Excellent negotiation skills

Other skill Requirements:
Strong ideation and analytical skills
