Client Handling: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions through our web and mobile application services. Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to client interactions, project requirements, proposals, and contracts. Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all documents.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure smooth execution of client projects. Facilitate communication and ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile application development.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
