Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports to the management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve the sales team's product knowledge and selling skills.
Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
