Business Loan Field Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential business clients who are in need of business loans.
-
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase business loan applications.
2. Customer Consultation & Loan Offering:
-
Meet with potential clients to understand their financial needs and requirements for a business loan.

Present and explain various business loan options and products available, based on the client’s business requirements and financial situation.

Provide clients with clear and detailed information regarding loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and eligibility criteria.
3. Site Visits & Documentation:
-
Conduct site visits to clients’ businesses, if necessary, to assess their business operations and financial health.

Assist clients in collecting and organizing required documentation for loan application, such as financial statements, business plans, and tax returns.

Ensure that all required documents are complete and accurate to avoid delays in the loan application process.
4. Loan Application & Processing:
-
Submit loan applications to the appropriate department or lender for approval.

Ensure that the client’s application is complete, all documents are verified, and there are no errors or missing information.

Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of the loan application.
5. Relationship Building & Customer Support:
-
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Address any questions or concerns clients may have during the application process.

Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on the status of their loan application.

Provide post-loan support, including assisting clients with repayment schedules and handling any issues that arise.
6. Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for business loan applications and approvals.

Actively promote cross-selling opportunities for other financial products, such as insurance or additional loans, where applicable.

Track progress towards sales goals and report regularly to management.
7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and competitors to stay informed about market trends.

Gather insights on competitors' offerings and pricing to identify areas where the company can provide a competitive advantage.
8. Reporting & Documentation:
-
Maintain accurate records of client meetings, loan applications, and follow-ups.

Update CRM or relevant software with client details, loan statuses, and progress reports.

Submit regular reports to management regarding lead generation, sales performance, and customer feedback.
