Business Operation and Supply Chain
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Operation and Supply Chain. The role involves executing the new orders & projects, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward achieving customers grace & appreciations.
Executive Duties and Responsibilities
● Communication, Discussion, Presentation and timely executions of ongoing orders and projects supply chain process by communication with the internal team
● Managing and executing the orders done by BD & sales team by coordination with Vendor Sourcing & Designing Team
● Work with the BD & Sales Team to take all the points and concerns of the customer and discuss with the vendor to finalize and process the order.
● Point of contact and communication for customer & vendor related to ongoing orders and projects and sharing all the progress and updating on email and calls.
● Calls, Meeting and Presentation to customer, vendor and designing team as per product specifications, execution and timeline of dispatch & delivery.
● Work with the BD & Sales, Vendor Sourcing, Designing & logistics team to complete the order fulfillment process till delivery.
● Having a regular meeting and discussion with new customers to understand the new products requirements & managing smoothly the existing order supply chain process.
● Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients information, his inventory and forecasting of future requirements into the system.
Executive Requirements and Qualifications
● Looking to make his career in business operation and supply chain process would be the ideal candidates
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers and vendors
● Excellent analytical and time-management skills, goal-oriented,
● Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Nice to Have
● Bachelor’s degree must
● Packaging Industry or Startup background experience will give an extra advantage.
● Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
● Having a Sales and Business operation track record, contribution into revenue of the company.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 06–1 years of experience in business operation and supply chain process would be the ideal candidates
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills, goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Good with customer concern understanding and solution driven.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- High levels of integrity and professionalism.
