Job Description:
- Maintaining existing B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Customers) relationships in the field of DataCenter,Hosting,ITES services and IT training etc.
- Managing and retaining clients by taking care of timely renewals and cross-selling of add-on services.
- Identifying new sales leads, handle incoming enquiries through various channels, tele-calling, and pitching services.
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of the business verticals of DataCenter,Hosting,ITES, IT training etc.
- Drafting and reviewing business proposals and quotes by coordinating with CTO.
- Coordination with accounts dept. and follow up for payment collections.
- Preparation of appropriate reports and proper upkeep of online sales, customer management systems.
