Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Café Partner, you will be responsible for co-owning or managing a café business, ensuring profitability, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and strong management skills.
Location: Chennai, Kochi!!!
Responsibilities:
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Pick the orders and pack it.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies.
- Operate cash register and process payments accurately.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
