Job Description

Cafeteria Management: Oversee the entire operation, including managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Cooking & Preparation: Prepare menu items such as break omelettes, sandwiches, and milkshakes. Manage kitchen equipment and ensure cleanliness.

Beverage Preparation: Prepare hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and milkshakes. Maintain high quality and consistency.

Sandwich Assembly: Assemble sandwiches to customer specifications, handle ingredients, and manage the sandwich station.

Customer Service: Take customer orders, handle payments, and serve food and beverages. Maintain a clean and organized serving area.

Dishwashing: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Ensure proper handling and storage of clean dishes.

Stock Management: Manage inventory and supplies, replenish stock, and ensure proper storage. Assist in ordering and receiving supplies.
