Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (Rotational Shifts)
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cafe Partner to join our team! In this role, you will provide excellent customer service while managing day-to-day cafe operations, including food packing, food regeneration, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The role involves working in rotational shifts to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
- Food Packing: Accurately pack food orders for delivery and takeaway customers.
- Food Regeneration: Reheat or prepare pre-cooked food items following safety and quality standards.
- Rotational Shifts: Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Cafe Operations:
- Prepare and serve beverages and snacks as per menu guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and kitchen areas, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Restock supplies and ensure the cafe is well-equipped at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or food service environment is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
