Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead telemarketing efforts, shaping the future of lead generation, appointment scheduling, surveys, and verification.
2. Handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls, catering to the needs of both B2B and B2C clients.
3. Provide exceptional customer service through calls, emails, and live chat.
4. Consistently surpass performance goals, establishing new standards of excellence.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in an international call center setting.
2. Strong command of the English language with excellent communication abilities.
3. Candidates must be under 40 years of age.
4. Demonstrated success in telemarketing and customer support roles.
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends off)
