Job Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead telemarketing activities, influencing lead generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification.
2. Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing the diverse needs of both B2B and B2C clients.
3. Provide outstanding customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
4. Independently work to meet and exceed performance targets.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an international call center environment.
2. Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills.
3. Age limit below 40 years.
4. Proven track record in telemarketing and customer support.
5. Must have a laptop and a broadband connection for remote work.
