Job Responsibilities:
1. Engage in telemarketing efforts, influencing lead generation, appointment scheduling, surveys, and verification processes.
2. Handle both inbound and outbound calls, addressing the varied requirements of B2B and B2C clients.
3. Provide exceptional customer support via calls, emails, and live chat.
4. Operate independently to achieve and surpass performance goals.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in an international call center setting.
2. Proficient in English with strong communication abilities.
3. Age limit of 40 years or younger.
4. Demonstrated success in telemarketing and customer support roles.
5. Access to a laptop and broadband connection for remote work.
