1. Participate in telemarketing tasks including lead generation, appointment scheduling, surveys, and verification.
2. Handle both inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C clients.
3. Deliver exceptional customer support via calls, emails, and live chat.
4. Proactively work to achieve and exceed performance goals.
Qualifications We Seek:
1. At least 3 years of experience in an international call center setting.
2. Proficient in English with excellent communication abilities.
3. Candidates should be under 40 years of age.
4. Demonstrated success in telemarketing and customer support roles.
5. Must have a laptop and reliable broadband connection for remote work.
