Job Description:

Position: Call Centre Assistant

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

CTC: ₹16,000 to ₹22,000 per month

Benefits: Free Accommodation, Statutory Benefits, Bonus, Allowances.

Language: Hindi Mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Address customer queries, complaints, and grievances promptly.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.

2. Grievance Management:

Register, track, and resolve customer grievances as per defined processes.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities as necessary.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain call logs and update the system with accurate information.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call and grievance status.

4. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Share insights and feedback for process improvement.

5. Compliance:

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication skills in Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
