Qualification: Undergraduate, Graduate (B Com, BA,) No technical background
Work Experience required: 0-3 years in Voice Process.
Division/Department : Voice Process

Travel: Not Required
Role Explanation
· Outbound Collections, (Voice Process)
· Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
Addition Requirements
· Should be flexible working in night shifts.
· Experience in International BPO would be an added advantage.
