This is a full-time on-site role as a Caller at CARDHUB In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining insurance plan features, assisting in plan selection, and following up on leads. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively explain complex information
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in customer service or sales role
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Knowledge of health and life insurance products is a plus
- Minimum high school diploma; additional certifications are advantageous
