Calling Staff
1. Actively seeking out new leads/customers through cold calling to customers.
2. Handling sales calls
3. Must be good in English speaking
4. Take follow-up calls of the calling done
5. Make daily calling reports and maintain the records accordingly
6. Should be well versant with MS-Office
7. Experience in the calling and dairy industry will be preferred
8. Enter and update customer information in the database
9. Handle grievances to preserve the company s reputation
10. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
11. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
12. Good communication and interpersonal skills
13. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
14. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
15. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
16. Answer questions about services of the company
