Job Description
Designation: Campus Manager
Department: Academics
Qualifications: A graduate or postgraduate degree with a prior experience of at least 0-6 months in a Customer-centric role, Hospitality Sector or Edutech.
Remuneration : 3 - 4.2 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day campus operations efficiently and be the point of contact between students and Sunstone Eduversity
- Coordinate with faculties, students and other stakeholders for lectures
- Responsible for handling the student documentation and administrative responsibilities
- Single point contact for all student queries and suggesting solutions for the same
- Lead and take responsibility for all campus-related events and activities to ensure smooth execution
- Help in managing the dataset required for flawless functioning of an academic institution like attendance, exam results, mark sheets etc.
Skill Set:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Edtech or Educational Institute.
- People management skills; prior experience in people facing role is a must
- Technology Savy; basics of excel is a must, exposure to other CRM tools is an added advantage
- Amazing problem-solving skills
- Understanding and implementation of processes with ease
- Local language fluency is good to have
