Job Description

We are looking for car cleaner for various location in Kolkata. Job responsibility of car cleaner is cleaning car on daily basis (external body cleaning and internal part cleaning, car floor vacuum cleaning, tyre checking etc. There will be rotational shift (12 hrs Morning/ 12 hrs Night) for car cleaner. Incentive 2500/- will be provided on his performance and attendance basis.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

Assess customer's needs and recommend appropriate car wash services

Operate car wash equipment, including pressure washers, vacuums, and drying machines

Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of each vehicle to a high standard

Check vehicles for damage and report any findings to management

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and tools

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally

Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
