Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and requirements
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs
Test drive vehicles with customers
Negotiate pricing and close sales

Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, financing options, etc.
Attend training sessions as needed

Adhere to dealership policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Assist in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by using current inventory information.
Assist in organizing and participating in sales events and promotions.
Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
