Job Description
Salary: Rs. 13,000 to 35,000 per month
Education: 8th, 9th, SSLC, PUC, BSc Nursing, ANM, GNM
Free Food and Safe Accommodation
Language: ENGLISH, KANNADA, HINDI, TAMIL, TELUGU, Malayalam
Work Location: Whitefield, Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care:

Assist Patients with Daily Activities: Help patients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and other daily living activities.

Administer Medications: Administer prescribed medications to patients, ensuring correct dosage and timing, and monitor for any side effects.

Monitor Health Conditions: Regularly check vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration, and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team.

Provide Wound Care: Assist in cleaning and dressing wounds, as well as monitor for signs of infection.

Assist in Mobility: Help patients move around, including transferring from bed to wheelchair or assisting with walking.
2. Patient Observation and Monitoring:

Track Patient Progress: Document and report changes in patients’ conditions, noting any concerns to the medical team.

Observe Symptoms: Monitor for any signs of discomfort or illness and report changes to doctors or senior nursing staff.

Provide Comfort: Offer emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable during their treatment or recovery.
3. Administrative Support:

Maintain Patient Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, medications, and observations in the healthcare system.

Assist in Treatment Plans: Work closely with the medical team to follow treatment protocols and ensure all required medical procedures are carried out.

Provide Information: Ensure patients and their families are informed about care plans, recovery procedures, and any necessary follow-up treatments.
4. Hygiene and Infection Control:

Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure that patient rooms, beds, and other areas are clean and sanitized to prevent infections.

Follow Hygiene Protocols: Adhere to infection control standards by using gloves, masks, and other protective equipment when necessary.
5. Collaboration with Healthcare Team:

Work with Doctors and Nurses: Assist doctors and senior nurses during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.

Attend to Patient Needs: Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to meet the patients’ needs, ensuring their comfort and health are prioritized.
6. Emergency Assistance:

Respond to Emergencies: Be prepared to handle emergency situations and provide first aid or other necessary medical interventions until help arrives.

Assist in Critical Situations: Provide support in critical care settings when necessary, including assisting in patient resuscitation or other emergency medical actions.
